Necessary data
When opening a ticket requesting for an account recovery make sure to specify:
Full name of the character in-game
Reason for changing the authorization (login)
Server and region where your account is registered (e.g. Lomita US)
City and country of account registration
Proof of payments made in the game
Model of the device used for account registration and Current Model
Previous email or login linked to the account
New email for replacement (required). Ensure that the provided email is not associated with another account or used for any existing game accounts.
Bear in mind that the support agent might request for more information in order to verify the ownership of the account.
