1. General terms.
1.1 ONESTATE is a role-playing project (hereinafter referred to as the ‘ONESTATE project’) set in an American state.
1.2 From the moment of registration in the ONESTATE project, each user (hereinafter referred to as the ‘PLAYER’) is considered to be familiar with all the rules and is responsible for their compliance.
1.3 Any and all interactions in the ONESTATE project are based on mutual respect and polite behavior towards other PLAYERS.
1.4 These rules apply to all PLAYERS, regardless of their playing status in the ONESTATE project.
1.5 The ONESTATE project administration (hereinafter referred to as the ‘ADMINISTRATION’) reserves the right to supplement and change the current rules as necessary, at any time.
1.6 PLAYERS will be promptly notified of changes in the current rules by informational messages on the pages of the official social networks of the ONESTATE project.
1.7 Affiliated accounts are accounts related by one or more characteristics.
1.8 The main goal of the ONESTATE project is to create and maintain a comfortable and enjoyable gaming experience for each and every PLAYER.
1.9 The PLAYER can use the in-game command /help to get help on the ONESTATE project.
1.10 In cases when the PLAYER gets stuck in game objects, it is allowed to use the in-game command /respawn.
1.11 When sending a message that is not related to role-playing, it is necessary to use non-RP chat. In order to send a message in nonRP chat, the PLAYER must use the /n command.
1.12 Communication in non-RP chat should be based on mutual respect and correct behavior towards other PLAYERS.
2. System of penalties and punishments.
2.1 Non-compliance or violation of the current rules leads to penalties and punishments.
2.2 Punishments are given in abbreviated format (example: RP1, CHAT4).
2.3 The actions of the ADMINISTRATION are determined by the current rules of the ONESTATE project.
3. Game nickname.
3.1 NAME1 - Use of a Non Role Play nickname. The use of a nickname not under the terms of role-playing for a character within the game universe of the ONESTATE project (hereinafter referred to as the ‘RP’ and ‘NRP’)
Punishment: Change of nickname to the player's new choice.
3.2 NAME2 — Use of an offensive NRP nickname. Use of offensive nicknames.
Punishment: Forced nickname change.
4. Accounts.
4.1 User accounts are accounts created by the PLAYER to gain access to the ONESTATE project service (hereinafter referred to as the ‘ACCOUNT’).
4.2 ACCOUNTS registered on the servers of the ONESTATE project are the intellectual property of ChillGaming, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘COMPANY’).
4.3 COMPANY retains exclusive rights of all ACCOUNTS created by PLAYERS on the servers of the ONESTATE project.
4.4 The ADMINISTRATION and employees of the COMPANY will never ask for your personal data, including logins, passwords, and other information about the ACCOUNT, and will never ask you to follow third-party links. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!
4.5 The ADMINISTRATION is not responsible for the safety of the gaming property, as well as the property assigned to the PLAYERS. Do not transfer data from your ACCOUNT to anyone under any pretext!
4.6 The ADMINISTRATION does not engage in the restoration of the gaming property in case of hacking your ACCOUNT or transferring it to third parties. We would be happy to help you, but in practice, however, there are a lot of those who tend to abuse our help.
4.7 AC1 - Selling and/or attempting to sell an ACCOUNT. Selling and/or attempting to sell an ACCOUNT on third-party sites or the servers of the ONESTATE project. <b>Punishment:</b> Permanent ban of all ACCOUNTS that belong to the PLAYER.
4.8 AC2 - Transferring and/or attempt to transfer an ACCOUNT. Transfer and/or attempt to transfer an ACCOUNT on third-party sites or the servers of the ONESTATE project. Punishment: Permanent ban of the transferred ACCOUNT.
4.9 AC3 - Creating more than 3 ACCOUNTS. Creating more than 3 ACCOUNTS on one device. Punishment: Permanent ban of all accounts that follow the 3rd one.
4.10 AC4 - ACCOUNT hack. Hacking and/or gaining unauthorized access to another PLAYER'S ACCOUNT.
Punishment: Permanent ban of the violator’s ACCOUNT, forced password reset of the hacked ACCOUNT followed by e-mail notification.
4.11 AC5 - RMT
Sell, advertise, trade or buy goods and/or in-game money for real money
Punishment: Permanent ban of all accounts
5. Roleplaying Rules (RP).
RP1 - DeathMatch (DM). Dealing damage or killing another PLAYER's character for no RP reason.
Punishment: 20 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
5.2 RP2 - DeathMatch Auto (DMAuto). Dealing damage or destroying another PLAYER's vehicle for no RP reason.
Punishment: 20 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
5.3 RP3 - NONRP Power (NP). Exceeding the physical capabilities of the RP character.
Punishment: 10 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
5.4 RP4 - Non Role Play(NRP). Violation of the RP character action logic and creation of unrealistic situations.
Punishment: 15 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
5.5 RP5 - Meta Gaming (MG). Using real world information in RP.
Punishment: From 20 minutes of mute to 20 minutes in ONESTATE Jail.
5.6 RP6 - RP rejection. Rejection of the RP process for personal gain.
Punishment: 30 to 60 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail depending on the frequency.
5.7 RP7 - RP disbalance. Disbalanced RP via /do, /me, /try commands.
Punishment: 20 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
5.8 RP8 - AFK. Lack of game activity from the PLAYER for more than 5 minutes.
Punishment: Disconnection from the server.
5.9 RP9 - DriveBy (DB). Damaging or killing another PLAYER's character with any vehicle.
Punishment: 60 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
5.10 RP10 - Repeat Kill (RK)
Killing or chasing a player after they die. Returning to the place of previous death within 15 minutes or until the end of the situation in which the character died.
Punishment: 90 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
5.11 RP11 Non-compliance with protected areas
Committing crimes or attacking other players in green zones or work zones and working vehicles. Lying in wait to kill players exiting green zones is also prohibited.
Punishment: 30 to 60 minutes in ONESTATE Jail.
5.12 RP12 - NRP kidnapping
Unrealistic kidnapping attempt.
Any kidnapping attempt in which the number of kidnapped players is greater than 50% of the total number of kidnappers is considered unrealistic. Kidnapping attempts on more than 5 players at the same time are also considered unrealistic.
Punishment: 30 minutes in OneState Jail
5.13 RP13 - Faction NRP
Non-RP behavior within game factions. Including, unlawful release of prisoners or execution of civilians by the police.
Punishment: Exoneration from the faction AND from 30 minutes in OneState jail to 3 days of Ban
5.14 RP14 - Sexual Harassment
Any form of non-consensual sexual actions, including simulation and explicit dialogue/actions, use of ethnic and/or LGBT+ slurs, or excessive attention. All sexual actions require OOC consent. Such actions should not occur in public or frequently visited areas.
Punishment: 60 minutes mute or 24 hours up to 30 days ban.
5.15 RP15 - Disruption of Faction Operations.
Intentionally provoking Faction members for entertainment or disrupting faction operations is prohibited.
Punishment: 30 minutes in ONESTATE Jail.
6. Chat rules and communication.
6.1 CHAT1 - Insult to PLAYERS. Insulting PLAYERS for no RP reason.
Punishment: 24 hour ban
6.2 CHAT2 - Insult to PLAYER’S relatives. Insulting relatives of other PLAYERS, both directly and in a veiled manner.
Punishment: From 240 minutes of mute to account ban for 3 days.
6.3 CHAT3 - Religion and nationality-based insults. Insulting and/or mentioning the nationality/religion of other PLAYERS in a negative way, both directly and in a veiled manner. This also includes insults and negative statements on other sensitive subjects that can lead to conflict between PLAYERS.
Punishment: From 240 minutes of mute to account ban for 3 days.
6.4 CHAT4 - Insult to the ADMINISTRATION. Insulting any representative of the ADMINISTRATION, both directly and in a veiled manner.
Punishment: From 240 minutes of mute to account ban for 3 days.
6.5 CHAT5 — Flood. Flooding in chat messages, including with the use of macros.
Punishment: Mute for 10 minutes.
6.6 CHAT6 - Flood in Report. Flooding in Report, or any other type of feedback means.
Punishment: Mute for 10 minutes.
6.7 CHAT7 — Unauthorized advertising. Any kind of unauthorized advertising of third-party resources.
Punishment: Account ban for 10 days.
6.8 CHAT8 - Music in the voice chat. Making noise in the voice chat with music or other sounds.
Punishment: Mute for 60 minutes.
6.9 CHAT9 - Pretending to be an ADMINISTRATION or COMPANY employee. Pretending to be a representative of the ADMINISTRATION or an employee of the COMPANY for the purpose of personal gain, or for the purpose of creating a toxic atmosphere, as well as for the purpose of misleading the PLAYERS, misinformation, and defaming the honor and dignity of representatives of the ADMINISTRATION and employees of the COMPANY.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all accounts.
6.10 CHAT10 - Cheating. Any form of cheating the PLAYERS.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all accounts.
6.11 CHAT11 - Deception of the ADMINISTRATION. Any form of deception of any representative of the ADMINISTRATION.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all accounts.
6.12 CHAT12 - Defamation
Undermining the moral and legal integrity of the project. Attacking and/or defaming the project or its members in public in an attempt to undermine the project's reputation.
Punishment: Ban all accounts for up to 30 days
6.13 CHAT13 - OOC Threats
Threats to someone's physical integrity in real life
Punishment: Ban for 10 days
6.14 CHAT14 - NRP Influence
Behaving in ways to attempt to force other players to break the rules with the intent to get the player banned
Punishment: Ban for 12 hours
6.15 CHAT15 - Toxic Behavior
Toxic or negative behavior, which includes actions, comments, or attitudes that are harmful or hostile specifically targeted at either fellow players or administrators.
6.16 CHAT16 - Official Language use.
Players must generally speak the official language within the regional community of the game. However, they may use other languages when communicating with a small group of players ( 5 players or less), as long as it does not interfere with RP.
Punishment: 10/15/30/60 minutes mute to 12hours ban depending on recurrency.
6.17 TCHAT1 — Off-topic messages
Sending messages in the trading chat that are not related to trading is prohibited.
Punishment: Mute from 10 minutes to 60 minute according to severity
6.18 TCHAT2 — Misleading
Advertising in the trade chat goods that are not in the game or not owned by the seller misleading other players is prohibited.
Punishment: Mute for 10 minutes.
6.19 TCHAT3 — Spam and Flood
Spamming or flooding messages in the trading chat, including repetitive or meaningless messages.
Punishment: Mute for 5 minutes.
6.20 TCHAT4 — Fraud
Cheating or misleading players when trading.
Punishment: Account ban for 12 hours and removal of the illegally acquired items.
Note: All OneState rules apply to the trading chat and the senior administration may issue punishments at their own discretion according to the seriousness of the offenses.
7. Gross violations.
7.1 ABUSE1 - Game mod abuse.
Using game errors, vulnerabilities, or unaccounted features for advantage or to disrupt gameplay. Examples include shooting through walls, eating during fights, leaving during RP scenes, or using JAIL CARD on admin sanctions.
Punishment: 12 hour account ban.
7.2 ABUSE2 - Weapon abuse.
Use of any errors, vulnerabilities, and unaccounted features of the game mod to obtain weapons.
Punishment: At least 3-day account ban.
7.3 ABUSE3 - AFK abuse.
Using any errors, vulnerabilities, unaccounted features of the game mode, and/or third-party programs (clickers, macros) to prevent disconnection from the server due to inactivity. This includes practices like AFK farming, where players stay inactive with the game open.
Punishment: Account ban for 3 days and removal of the illegally acquired Statebucks.
7.4 ABUSE4 - Non-compliance with the rules
Systematic and repeated violation of the rules of the game (Reference: 5 violations).
Punishment: Ban from 3 to 30 days (depending on severity and recurrence)
7.4.1 ABUSE4.1 - Extreme Non-compliance with Rules.
Repeated and systematic rule violations, with multiple infractions of ABUSE4, the Community Manager, upon reviewing the case, has the authority to deny the player access to the game. (Reference: 3 Abuse4 violations).
Punishment: Permanent ban on all accounts.
7.5 ABUSE5 - Large scale RP disruption
Disrupting the RP process for large-scale events. Attempting to obstruct events and activities involving a large number of players.
Punishment: Account ban for 12 hours
7.6 ABUSE6 - Blocking of points of relevance
Intentionally disrupting the common activities of other players within the game. Example: Blocking players from accessing work markers and building entrances.
Punishment: 10 minutes in OneState Jail
7.7 ALERT1 - Ban bypass. Using third-party software to make changes to data to gain access to the servers of the ONESTATE project.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all accounts.
7.8 ALERT2 - Damage to the ONESTATE project servers. Any action or inaction taken to cause significant harm to the economy of the game currency, stability of the servers, or the ONESTATE project in general.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all accounts.
7.9 ALERT3 - Using third-party software (cheats). Attempting to modify the files of the ONESTATE project or using programs to change the data/values of the ONESTATE project to damage the ONESTATE project and its PLAYERS.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all accounts.
7.10 ALERT 4 — Damage to the server economy.
Transfer of currency between server PLAYERS, in any way, that exceeds the established server limits.
Punishments: Withdrawal of the transferred currency from the player, without full refund. In the absence of the required amount, the property is withdrawn in the amount of the transferred currency. In case of absence of property, the player receives a ban for 30 days.
7.11 ALERT5 - External Defamation
Actively attempting to undermine the moral and/or legal integrity of the project or any of its players, volunteers, administrators or professionals, in external communication channels, including other projects.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all accounts.
7.12 ALERT6 - 3rd Party Promotion
Promoting, advertising and/or mentioning other games, products, projects or external services in the game is prohibited unless authorized by the community manager.
Punishment: From 1 day ban to permanent ban of all accounts.
8. Violations when working with MEDIA.
8.1 MEDIA1 - Stream sniping / Interference with the filming process.Stream sniping or harassment of a media personality while conducting a live broadcast, interference with the filming process during active recording or live broadcasting. And/or sabotage of the filming process causing delays.
Punishment: Account ban from 1h up to 24h.
9. Gang-Related Violations
9.1 CLAN1 - Gang Name, Description, and Ranks
The Gang name, Gang description, and rank names within the Gang must not contain any offensive or prohibited words.
Punishment: Mandatory change of gang name or description.
9.2 CLAN2 - Blocking Ganghouse Entry Markers
Blocking entry markers to the Ganghouse is prohibited.
Punishment: 30 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
9.3 CLAN3 - Gang Chat Rules
Violations of game rules related to the CHAT category are prohibited in the gang chat.
Punishment: Text and voice chat block according to CHAT category of ONESTATE rules.
9.4 CLAN4 - Prohibition of Gang Alliances in Events
Alliances with other gangs are prohibited in events.
Punishment: 30 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
9.5 CLAN5 - Use of Gang Taser
The use of a gang taser on a player more than twice within one RP situation without an RP reason is prohibited.
Punishment: 30 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
9.6 CLAN5.1 - Use of the gangster taser on faction members
It is forbidden to use the gangster taser to remove a player from a faction vehicle without an RP reason.
*An RP reason is considered as full interaction with the player in the faction.
Punishment: 90 minutes of imprisonment in ONESTATE
9.7 CLAN6 - Killing at Ganghouse Entry/Exit Marker
Killing players at the ganghouse entry/exit marker. Shooting from inside to outside and vice versa is not allowed.
Punishment: 40 minutes in ONESTATE Jail.
9.8 CLAN7 - Blocking Ganghouse Entry/Exit Markers with Vehicles
Blocking ganghouse entry/exit markers and the paths leading to markers. Blocking ganghouse entrance/exit with vehicles and the paths leading to marker is prohibited.
Punishment: 60 minutes in ONESTATE Jail.
9.9 CLAN8 - it is forbidden to call/agitate/advertise to join a gang in the green zones
Agitation to join the gang in green zones is prohibited.
Punishment: Mute for 60 minutes.
9.10 CLAN9 - Prohibition of Using Gang Taser on Player in Work Vehicle
Using a gang taser on a player in a work vehicle (taxi, bus) with the intention of pulling them out is prohibited.
Punishment: 90 minutes in the ONESTATE Jail.
9.11 CLAN10 - Abuses and Dishonest receiving of Gang Currency
The use of any critical abuses (bugs) to dishonestly receive any gang currency is prohibited.
Punishment: Confiscation of dishonestly acquired assets or complete deletion of the gang without refunding the funds spent on creation.
9.12 CLAN11 - Senior Administration Decision
The senior administration has the right to issue punishments that are not specified in the list.
