In order to change your character’s name the player needs to purchase a nickname change in the in-game shop. Follow the detailed steps below:

1. Log in to your account and select the server the character you want to change the name is on.

2. Open the in-game store on the bottom left corner of your screen.

3. Select the “Services” tab.

4. Purchase the item “Nickname Change”

5. Input the character’s NEW FIRST NAME on the first bracket.

6. Input the character’s NEW SURNAME on the second bracket.

7. Complete the purchase of the name change with the yellow button at the bottom of the screen.
