Whether you are an old player logging back in into the game after a while or if you have recently just disconnected and when reconnecting you have found the character creation screen instead of your character there are a few things that could have happened, in this article we will list a few of the and what can be done in order to fix your problem.

Possibility A - You have created a new account instead of logging in to your old account

The most common reason not to find your character is having created a new account instead of logging into your old account, in order to fix this issue, log off from your newly made account and log in using your old account credentials. If you do not remember your old credentials, please follow the steps mentioned in this article Recovering My Account (Forgotten Login) 

Possibility B - You are trying to enter a different server

All characters in OneState only exist in one server. If you try to connect to another server you will be requested to create a new character from zero. If this is your problem, please disconnect from the server  you are trying to log in and select the server in which your character was created. The server selection screen shows the name and the level of the character you have created in that server.

Possibility C - You are trying to login into a different Region

All characters in OneState only exist in one server and in one region. If you are travelling abroad you might get automatically connected to a region that is not your original region and where the servers have the same names (for the sake of convenience we name the servers equally accross all regions). You can check which region you are connected on the bottom right corner of your server selection screen.

If you are connected to a different region you can change your region on by clicking the region’s flag on the top right corner of your screen and the selecting your correct region.

Possibility D - The account was deleted by the user

The most unfortunate scenario however is if the player has chosen to delete their account on their own accord. In this scenario is unfortunately not possible to recover the account.
