Refund Policy

  • Final and Non-Refundable: All purchases of virtual items and virtual currency in OneState are considered final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, we cannot process refunds for in-game purchases.

  • Chargebacks Prohibited: Initiating a chargeback is strictly prohibited. If a refund is requested after in-game items or currency have been received and used, it will lead to a permanent ban on all associated accounts. Valid Refund Requests

  • Contact Support First: Refund requests are only considered if you have contacted our support team and confirmed that you did not receive the State Coins or other purchased items. Our support team will verify the issue before proceeding with any actions.

Handling Refunds through App Stores

  • App Store Purchases: All in-game purchases are processed through the app store where you originally downloaded OneState, such as the App Store or Google Play. To request a refund for purchases made through these platforms, you need to contact their respective support teams directly.
