Access the Official Discord: Navigate to the official Discord server for your region. You can find the link to the Discord server in-game.
Find the Bug Report Channel: Go to the 🚧┆bugs channel located under the Forum section. This is where you can submit your bug report.
Check Previous Reports: Before posting, review existing bug reports to ensure your issue hasn’t already been reported. This helps us avoid duplicate reports and prioritize fixes more effectively.
What to Include in Your Report:
To ensure that we can address the bug efficiently, please provide the following details:
Character Name and Server: Include your in-game character’s name and the server you’re playing on (e.g., Lomita US).
Date and Time: Specify the date and approximate time when the bug occurred.
Detailed Description: Describe the issue in detail. Explain what happened versus what you expected to happen.
